Observability Engineer Intern

Role Overview We are looking for an Observability Engineer Intern to support our engineering team in monitoring and improving the reliability and performance of applications and infrastructure. The intern will gain hands-on experience with observability tools, monitoring practices, and troubleshooting in a real-world technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring applications, servers, and infrastructure.
• Support the collection and analysis of logs, metrics, and traces.
• Help create and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts.
• Assist in investigating system issues and identifying potential root causes.
• Support performance monitoring and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Assist in automating monitoring and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams on observability and system reliability activities.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of cloud, Linux, networking, or DevOps concepts.
• Familiarity with monitoring or observability tools is a plus.
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python or Bash) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a technical, hands-on environment.
