Observability Site Reliability Engineer

Role Summary:

We are looking for an Observability Site Reliability Engineer to design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions for highly available applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage observability solutions for applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, reliability, and capacity.
• Work with metrics, logs, and distributed tracing to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitoring standards.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Define and improve SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to enhance service reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, Development, and Platform Engineering teams.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in SRE / Observability / Production Engineering .
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic, Splunk, Datadog, OpenTelemetry , or similar.
• Good knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux .
• Experience with Python, Shell scripting, or similar automation languages .
• Understanding of CI/CD, incident management, and performance monitoring.
