- Financial & File Management: Maintain orderly, audit-ready tenant files covering all communications, contracts, leases, addendums, and certification records. Post tenant payments in Tenant Accounts Receivable (TAR) and balance accounts at month-end.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare and submit accurate hard-copy and electronic reports to governing entities (AHA, HUD, WSHFC, etc.). Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager and team members, and assist with special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least 5 years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
- Calculations Certification: Ability to successfully complete a certified rent calculation course within two years of employment.
- Driver's License: Valid Washington State driver's license and a clean driving record to operate AHA fleet vehicles.
- Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, and electronic file management (with a willingness to pursue additional computer training).
- Core Competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding tenant/applicant data.
