  • Review screening results for completeness and identify discrepancies requiring further investigation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records within company systems.
  • Navigate and utilize multiple vendor and client platforms to process, monitor, and track orders.
  • Assist in troubleshooting order issues and resolving service delays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Provide timely updates to internal teams regarding order status, turnaround times, and service-related concerns.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
  • Support cross-functional departments as needed, including Compliance, Verifications, Customer Success, and Operations.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Understand and follow established screening procedures and workflows.
  • Interpret client requirements and ensure that appropriate screenings are ordered.
  • Assist the Manager and team members with other operational responsibilities as assigned.
  • Support daily departmental activities and other related tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any course.
  • Previous experience in background screening, verification, records research, healthcare/occupational health, drug testing coordination, BPO, or related operations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow established procedures and workflows.
  • Ability to interpret client requirements and apply them accurately.
  • Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems, databases, and online platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Committed to providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willing to work onsite in Bacoor City, Cavite.
  • Willing to work 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple screening requests and follow up on time-sensitive services.
