Join Our Team as Dynamic PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Pigeon Falls & Whitehall, WI Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency – Where Passion Meets Purpose Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a PRN to Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support our therapy team at our newly acquired senior campuses in Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI . This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and flexible OT looking to provide high-quality care with the potential to grow into a regular part-time position.

Your Role Includes

• Evaluating residents and developing personalized treatment plans
• Helping patients regain independence in daily living tasks (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and self-care
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Documenting progress according to regulatory and company standards

What We're Looking For

• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• A passion for working with older adults in a skilled nursing setting
• Dependability, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit

• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
