Responsibilities Include

• Implementing treatment plans designed by an OTR
• Supporting residents in improving functional abilities such as mobility, dressing, grooming, and ADL participation
• Documenting progress and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
• Providing therapy services within skilled nursing, assisted living, and potentially home-based settings

What We're Looking For

• Active Wisconsin COTA license
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A passion for working with older adults
• Reliability, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset

• Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as Occupational Therapy Assistant.
