Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant with experience working with neurologic populations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving clients’ quality of life and skilled in delivering client-centered care in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in providing individualized treatment plans for clients with neurologic conditions.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving daily living and functional independence.
• Monitor and document client progress accurately and communicate effectively with the therapy team.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each client, whether in-home or clinic-based.
• Educate clients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and strategies to support rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist Assistant license or certification.
• Experience working with neurologic populations (e.g., stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with flexibility in scheduling and treatment locations.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
