Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, SC is a therapist owned practice headquartered in Appleton, WI and currently has 30 locations in central and northeastern Wisconsin, industrial medicine contracts and offers sports medicine services to area schools, with over 150 employees. Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine has been recognized by the APTA as Private Practice of the Year.

Advanced Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine has an opportunity for a Full Time Occupational Therapist with their CHT credential, to cover at our Oshkosh and Appleton locations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Restore patient's function, improve their mobility and decrease their pain with the goal of re-establishing the patient's prior functional level
• Evaluates, plans and administers occupational therapy programs
• Prepares reports on patient's progress
• All other duties as necessary for patient care and related activities.
