What they need
Position: Occupational Therapist
Location: Woodlands, Khatib & Care Light Senior Care Centre
💼 Employment: Full-Time / Part-Time Contract
Contract: 2 Years + 2 Years Extension Option
🕐 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day
🔹 Part-Time: 2 or 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct OT assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
Provide interventions for ADLs, cognitive function & functional independence
Recommend adaptive equipment where required
Conduct individual & group therapy programmes
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans
Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes
Train clients, caregivers & therapy staff on ADL facilitation
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Full AHPC registration with valid Practicing Certificate
Minimum 2–3 years relevant OT experience
Senior care, rehabilitation or community care experience preferred
Good communication & documentation skills
Willingness to work across assigned senior care centers
