Occupational Therapist

My client is an established local provider of health and senior care services who is currently looking to fill a Occupational Therapist position. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents’ functional and cognitive abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programmes tailored to residents’ needs and goals.
• Support residents in improving their independence and performance in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Assess and recommend appropriate assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic, person-centric care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, therapy records, and progress reports.

Requirements

• This role is only open to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents.
• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) and holding a valid Practicing Certificate, or be eligible for AHPC registration.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• A genuine passion for supporting seniors and improving their quality of life.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
