As an Occupational Therapist (OT) in home health care, you’ll create personalized treatment plans, teach adaptive skills, and collaborate with a caring team, all with the flexibility you deserve!

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement individualized care plans

· Provide therapy services per physician’s orders

· Assess functional status and recommend adaptive equipment

· Teach new skills or retrain patients in daily activities

· Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case conferences

Requirements

· Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Colorado

· Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program, eligible for NBCOT certification

· Minimum 2 years’ clinical experience (home health preferred)

· Current CPR certification

· Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
