Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students on an IEP caseload.
• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments, and present findings at IEP meetings.
• Develop IEP goals, monitor progress, and adjust intervention plans.
• Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-help, and functional classroom access needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate OT strategies into the learning environment.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Schedule: Full-time, in person, 2026–2027 school year.
• Pay: $67–77/hr, based on experience, with bi-weekly direct deposit.

Requirements

• Active California Board of Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L).
• Current NBCOT Certification.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with strong pediatric fieldwork are welcome to apply.

Pay: $67.00 - $77.00 per hour
