Occupational Therapist

Seeking passionate, licensed Occupational Therapists to provide individualized care to older adults in private homes and senior living communities, using a flexible and autonomous approach.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy sessions to enhance mobility, independence, and wellness, and documenting in an EMR system.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place. Telehealth and virtual care options are incorporated for increased flexibility and care continuity.

Qualifications include a valid OT license, degree from an accredited program, computer proficiency, and CPR certification. Physical demands involve lifting, repositioning patients, and driving to care locations.
