Occupational Therapist

• Assess patients' physical, mental, or cognitive conditions and review their medical histories to determine therapy needs.
• Develop personalized therapy programs focused on restoring motor or sensory skills and independence in performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL), such as eating, dressing, and bathing.
• Train patients in the use of assistive devices or adaptive technologies and lead physical or cognitive exercises.
• Assess and recommend modifications to the layout or equipment in patients' homes, schools, or workplaces to make them more accessible.
• Instruct family members or caregivers on follow-up exercise programs that can be performed independently at home.
• Periodically document patient progress, prepare medical reports, and collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, or social workers.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) or professional/Master’s degree (S2) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Occupational Therapist
• Possession of a valid Registration Certificate (STR) or official practice license in accordance with local health regulations (e.g., NBCOT in the US or equivalent professional body credentials).
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills to adapt therapy methods to patients' limitations.
• Strong coordination and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
