Help Build a Collaborative Multidisciplinary Practice

Evergreen Counseling is a growing private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults. We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team as an independent contractor (1099) to provide occupational therapy services while collaborating with therapists, speech-language pathologists, autism evaluators, and other professionals in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client strengths and needs
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services
• Address sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, fine motor skills, self-care, and daily living skills as appropriate
• Collaborate with therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, schools, and other professionals
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in occasional team meetings and interdisciplinary consultation

Preferred Areas of Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Sensory processing differences
• Emotional regulation
• Executive functioning
• Fine motor and visual motor skills
• Self-care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Feeding and sensory-based feeding challenges
• School-based consultation
• Neurodiversity-affirming practice

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Ohio Occupational Therapy License
• National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for collaborative, client-centered care
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred (experience with adults is also welcomed)
