What Makes This Role Different?
Diverse and Meaningful Clinical Work
You'll work with a varied caseload that includes individuals with a broad range of disability-related support needs. This role provides opportunities to work across Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology, home modifications, daily living skills, capacity-building supports and ongoing intervention, allowing you to utilise the full scope of your occupational therapy skillset.
Supportive Clinical Environment
You'll be part of a collaborative team that values professional expertise, encourages clinical discussion, and provides access to supervision, mentoring and peer support when needed.
We work closely across disciplines, with occupational therapists regularly collaborating with psychologists, behaviour analysts and Allied Health Assistants to achieve meaningful outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to develop intervention programs, provide clinical guidance to Allied Health Assistants, and see your recommendations implemented consistently across a client's everyday environments.
This creates opportunities to extend the reach of your intervention, focus on clinical problem-solving, and help clients achieve goals that matter most to them.
