Therapy Redesigned, part of Language Link Therapy, is a pediatric therapy organization focused on helping children with developmental delays and disabilities reach their full potential through collaboration, caregiver education, and evidence-based intervention.

Unlike traditional therapy models that focus solely on direct treatment time, we emphasize parent involvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and functional skill development that carries over into the child's daily environments.

We partner closely with ABA centers, families, schools, and other providers to ensure that therapy extends beyond the treatment session and creates meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Occupational Therapist to provide services within our partnered centers throughout the Ocala area. Our centers run either full-days with back-to-back sessions, or half days, morning or afternoons. This is not a travel based position.

This position is ideal for an occupational therapist who enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team and believes that caregiver education, collaboration, and carryover are essential components of successful therapy.

Our therapists are encouraged to think critically, communicate openly with families, and focus on quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services to children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing challenges, fine motor deficits, self-care deficits, and related conditions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, speech-language pathologists, educators, physicians, and caregivers.
• Educate parents and caregivers on strategies that can be implemented outside of therapy sessions.
• Develop home programs and carryover activities to maximize progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary discussions regarding treatment planning and goal development.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete progress reports, re-evaluations, and discharge recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with all payer, regulatory, and company requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Florida Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a larger clinical team.
• Passion for family-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
