Salary Package

• UG Candidates: ₹45,000 per month
• PG Candidates: ₹60,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for qualified, compassionate, and dedicated Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centred rehabilitation services. The selected candidates will be responsible for assessing patients' functional abilities, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering appropriate interventions, and supporting patients in improving their independence and quality of life.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be expected to handle the following key responsibilities:

A. Patient Assessment & Therapy Planning

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments based on individual patient needs and functional abilities.
• Identify motor, sensory, cognitive, developmental, and daily living challenges.
• Evaluate patients' strengths, limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Develop appropriate therapy goals and individualized intervention plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans when required.

B. Therapy Services

• Provide appropriate occupational therapy interventions based on patient requirements.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions and implement structured therapeutic activities.
• Support patients in improving fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, sensory processing, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living.
• Help patients develop functional independence and improve participation in daily activities.
• Adapt therapeutic techniques and activities according to individual patient needs.
• Ensure therapy sessions are conducted safely and professionally.

C. Patient Care & Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient records, assessment reports, treatment plans, and therapy documentation.
• Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Communicate treatment progress and relevant recommendations to patients and caregivers.
• Educate caregivers on appropriate activities and strategies to support progress outside therapy sessions.
• Maintain professional standards of patient care, confidentiality, and ethical practice.

D. Team Coordination

• Coordinate with other healthcare and rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in case discussions and clinical reviews when required.
• Contribute to the overall rehabilitation plan of patients.
• Maintain professional communication with the centre's management and clinical team.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other relevant stakeholders to support continuity of care.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
• Relevant clinical, rehabilitation, or practical training experience is an advantage.
• Good patient-handling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy assessment methods and intervention techniques.
• Ability to prepare individualized therapy plans and maintain clinical documentation.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, responsible, and professional approach.
• Willingness to work at Vijayawada or Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
