Occupational Therapist

We are seeking Occupational Therapists and/or Occupational Therapy Students interested in flexible opportunities in 2027 with a growing independent allied health provider servicing Devonport and the North West Coast of Tasmania.

We are open to expressions of interest for Full-time, Part-time and Contract roles commencing early 2027. We currently work across the full spectrum of OT and welcome individuals with a willingness to be adaptable and who are excited by a broader scope of practice. Supervision and Professional Development opportunities will be provided within a supportive team.

We welcome current occupational therapy students to apply with the opportunity to begin building a future case load in an Allied Health Assistant capacity.

This role requires a combination of:

• Community and face-to-face service delivery
• Telehealth & remote support
• Assessment, intervention, and report writing
• Clinical oversight of Allied Health Assistants implementing therapy programs

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualification and registration/membership or studying to complete.
• Working with Vulnerable Check with NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
• Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Experience within NDIS/community practice and supervision of Allied Health Assistants will be highly regarded.
