Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify individual therapy needs, utilizing your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans that promote early intervention and address specific developmental challenges in pediatric patients.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions for children with diverse needs, including sensory regulation, fine motor and ADLs.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare teams to ensure cohesive care strategies and consistent progress tracking.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Stay current with best practices in pediatrics and therapy techniques by participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
• Support patients’ holistic well-being by applying patient care principles that foster comfort, motivation, and confidence during therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Valid licensure in Occupational Therapy(OT)
• Strong knowledge of pediatric physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and developmental milestones.
• Proven ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with children and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient care excellence with a positive attitude and energetic approach.
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of each child while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Pay: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
