Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health – Broward County, FL

Coral Reef Home Health Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing Home Health team in Broward County, Florida.

Position: PRN / Per Diem
Location: Broward County, FL
Schedule: Flexible

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as required.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Active Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Previous Home Health experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently.
