About the Position

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join its clinical team. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, responsible, and professional, with good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hospital or clinical environment.

Both freshers and experienced candidates with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) qualification are welcome to apply.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' functional abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement appropriate occupational therapy intervention plans based on patient requirements.
• Provide occupational therapy services to improve patients' functional independence and daily living skills.
• Support patients in developing or regaining the skills required for daily activities.
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records, therapy notes, and clinical documentation.
• Communicate relevant observations and progress to patients, parents, or caregivers, where applicable.
• Follow the hospital's clinical protocols, professional standards, and patient-care procedures.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals when required.
• Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-centred approach throughout treatment.

• Must hold a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) qualification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Comfortable working in a hospital or clinical environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with patients and caregivers.
• Willingness to follow the hospital's working schedule and employment terms.
• Relevant clinical experience will be considered an advantage for experienced candidates.
