About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and treating patients with a variety of medical conditions and disabilities
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and independence
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on strategies for maintaining and improving physical function and independence
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care
