Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to help clients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. Your expertise in occupational therapy will support indiviuals gain greater independence and improve their quality of life through personalized treatment plans.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities related to daily activities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and therapeutic goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving motor skills, coordination, cognitive functioning, and adaptive techniques.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress throughout therapy sessions and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to ensure coordinated care and effective support.
• Educate clients and their families on strategies to enhance independence and manage daily tasks effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.
• Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy practices through ongoing professional development.

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 5.0 per week
