We are a licensed healthcare provider specializing in home healthcare and developmental support services. Our Autism Department provides individualized, evidence-based interventions to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental challenges.

We are looking for a compassionate, qualified, and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team and help children develop essential daily living skills, sensory regulation, motor coordination, independence, and overall functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments to identify children's developmental needs, sensory processing challenges, and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on each child's abilities and goals.
• Provide therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delays, and other special needs.
• Support the development of fine motor skills, gross motor coordination, visual-motor integration, and sensory processing.
• Improve children's independence in activities of daily living, including feeding, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Implement sensory integration strategies and structured therapeutic activities where clinically appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with behavior therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), speech therapists, parents, and other professionals.
• Educate and guide parents and caregivers on home-based activities and strategies to support children's progress.
• Monitor children's progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and prepare assessment reports and progress updates.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of individualized intervention goals.
• Ensure all therapy services comply with applicable UAE healthcare regulations, professional standards, and company policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid DHA eligibility or an active DHA professional license is preferred; candidates must meet the applicable UAE licensing requirements for the position.
• Previous experience working with children with autism, developmental delays, or other special needs is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of sensory processing, fine motor development, functional skills training, and pediatric occupational therapy interventions.
• Experience in developing individualized therapy plans and maintaining clinical records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Patient, compassionate, flexible, and committed to improving children's quality of life.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.
