What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services that help residents reach their highest level of function
• Collaborate closely with nursing, physicians, therapy staff, and families to provide exceptional resident care
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Educate residents and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process

What We're Looking For

• Current California Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• A collaborative team player who is committed to delivering excellent resident outcomes
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
