You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents and patients receive the highest level of care and support.

• Conduct initial assessments and re-evaluations to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions to improve functional abilities, mobility, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments and patient progress
• Participate in staff development and education to stay current with best practices and industry developments
