Post Rehabilitation Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist at Civita Care Center at Long Ridge. In this skilled nursing role, you'll help residents work toward greater independence after a hospital stay or a change in their abilities.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate how residents manage dressing, bathing, and other daily activities
• Develop treatment plans with goals that matter to each resident
• Provide therapy for upper body function, coordination, and safe daily routines
• Recommend adaptive equipment and teach residents how to use it
• Document progress and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Occupational Therapist license
