Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and limitations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate clients and caregivers.
• Advocate for the rights and inclusion of individuals with disabilities.
• Administer screenings and assessments to evaluate clients' needs.
• Compile comprehensive reports and develop therapy intervention plans.
• Deliver therapy services, providing support to families and offering education when needed.

Qualifications:

• Current California occupational therapy license.
• Professional liability insurance coverage.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and expertise.
• Demonstrated positive outlook and commitment as an independent professional.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
