Occupational Therapist, Outpatient Integrative Practice

Transformational Health Centers is a Family Medicine, integrative practice in Whippany. We bring family medicine, regenerative medicine (PRP/PRFM), IV nutrition, hyperbaric oxygen, chiropractic care and infrared sauna together in one place. We treat the whole person, not only the symptom. Our team works closely together, and every patient's plan is built across disciplines.

We're adding an Occupational Therapist to help patients get back to working, living and moving the way they want to.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and write individualized OT plans of care
• Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, neurological and post-injury conditions, including upper extremity, hand and wrist
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy, ADL/functional training and ergonomic education
• Coordinate care with our chiropractic, medical and regenerative teams, including rehab after PRP/PRFM procedures
• Build home exercise programs and teach patients how to manage their own care
• Keep documentation accurate and on time in our EHR, and meet payer requirements
• Track outcomes and adjust treatment based on progress

What We're Looking For

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
• Active New Jersey OT license (or eligible), and NBCOT certification
• Current BLS/CPR
• New grads are welcome to apply. Outpatient ortho or hand therapy experience is a plus
• CHT, dry needling or other manual therapy certifications are a bonus
• You communicate well with patients and like working as part of a team
• You're interested in integrative and functional approaches to care
