Structured Onboarding & Clinical Supervision

You won’t be thrown in the deep end here.

• A 2-week supported induction period (with full shadowing of all clinicians across the clinic)
• Gradual caseload increase and lower new graduate caseload across the first 12 months.
• A 12-month learning journey with mapped goals
• 1:1 Weekly supervision/mentoring with internal and external OTs for new graduates
• 1:1 Fortnightly supervision/mentoring with internal and external OTs for early career and experienced clinicians
