About Arbor Bloom Care Center

Arbor Bloom Care Center provides developmental and therapeutic services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, communication challenges and other developmental needs.

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy sessions for children with developmental needs.
• Assess functional, sensory, motor and developmental abilities.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy goals.
• Work on fine motor and gross motor skills.
• Provide sensory integration and sensory-based interventions as appropriate to professional training.
• Improve activities of daily living (ADL) and functional independence.
• Work on handwriting, pre-writing and classroom-readiness skills.
• Support attention, coordination, body awareness and motor planning.
• Maintain therapy session notes, assessment records and progress reports.
• Track children's progress and modify therapy goals when required.
• Communicate appropriately with parents regarding therapy progress and home activities.
• Coordinate with Behavior Therapists, Speech Therapists and other professionals.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic and child-friendly therapy environment.

Eligibility / Qualification

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognised institution.
• “RCI registration mandatory” for OT vacancy
• Paediatric experience will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates may apply.

Preferred Skills

• Strong interest in pediatric occupational therapy.
• Patience and empathy when working with children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of sensory processing and developmental needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Good documentation and professional record-keeping skills.
