We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our supportive, collaborative, and dedicated therapy team. What We're Looking For

• Current Montana Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for Montana licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate residents and develop individualized, resident-centered treatment plans
• Passion for helping residents maintain or regain independence in their daily lives
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
