Sensationally Thriving is seeking a compassionate, relationship-centered Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to provide pediatric services for neurodiverse children and their families. We value developmental, play-based intervention grounded in DIR®Floortime and sensory-informed practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in home and community settings
• Implement individualized, relationship-based treatment plans
• Support sensory processing, emotional regulation, motor, executive functioning, and daily living skills
• Coach caregivers to carry strategies into daily routines
• Complete timely documentation
• Collaborate with the therapy team as needed

Qualifications

• Active Texas OTA license
• Pediatric experience required
• DIRFloortime training or experience preferred
• Experience with autistic children and other neurodiverse populations
• Strong communication, independence, and family coaching skills
