What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services based on your licensure and scope of practice
• Evaluate or treat residents to improve independence with daily living skills and functional activities
• Develop or carry out individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes
• Maintain excellence in documentation, compliance, and clinical quality
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support patient centered care

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Arkansas Occupational Therapist or COTA license or eligibility
• New graduate therapists encouraged to apply
• Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
