Job Details

Start Date: ASAP

Type: W2, Full-time or part-time during the school year, option to work summer hours

Schedule: In-person, Monday-Friday approximately 8:00AM-4:00PM (school hours dependent on district)

Location: Positions available in the following Counties: Medina, Summit, Cuyahoga

Compensation: $28-$37 per hour based on experience

Qualifications

• Valid state OTA license and board certification (NBCOT)
• OTA degree from an accredited program
• Clear background check
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for helping children reach their full potential
• School or pediatric experience is preferred!

Responsibilities

• Execute individualized therapy activities and plans designed by the supervising OT, serving students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to integrate therapy strategies into the daily routine
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines
• Collect data, monitor student performance, and maintain accurate progress reports for student goals
• Adapt and modify learning materials, classroom environments, and adaptive equipment to accommodate students with diverse needs
• Perform other job duties as assigned
