What they need
Responsibilities
To perform customer service and documentation job scope to ensure smooth and fast cargo transactions in a timely level.
- Prepare ocean export documentation,
- Transport and Haulage coordination,
- Singapore Customs Permit declaration.
- Simple sales quotation by email (if necessary)
- Able to communicate in Mandarin in WeChat with Chinese business partners
Requirements
- A good skill in Microsoft office apps
- Able to do customs permit declaration.
- Bilingual or trilingual in speaking
- Min. SPM and above
- Experience in freight forwarding will be an advantage!
