Responsibilities
To perform customer service and documentation job scope to ensure smooth and fast cargo transactions in a timely level.
- Prepare ocean import/export documentation,
- Transport coordination,
- Customs Permit declaration.
- Simple sales quotation by email (if necessary)
- Able to communicate in WeChat with business partners (optional)
Requirements
- A good skill in Microsoft office apps
- Able to do customs permit declaration.
- Bilingual or trilingual in speaking
- Min. GCE 'O' or equivalent
- Experience in freight forwarding will be an advantage!
