Key Rensposibilities

Rate Negotiation & Procurement & Quotation Management

• Secure competitive rates with shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
• Provide accurate, timely, and profitable pricing to support sales conversions.

Trade Lane Development & Market Intelligence

• Strengthen existing trade lanes and identify opportunities for new market growth.
• Track industry trends, competitor pricing, and capacity availability to stay competitive.

Carrier & Partner Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and network partners.

Sales Support & Collaboration & Margin Optimization

• Partner with the sales team to win new business through tailored pricing strategies.
• Monitor and protect profit margins across all trade lanes and service offerings.

WCA Business Development

• Build strong relationships with WCA agents, secure their support, and generate consistent business volumes to increase GP and overall tonnage.

Requirement

Knowledge & skill

1. Pricing & Procurement • Proven ability to negotiate competitive rates with carriers, co-loaders, and overseas partners.
2. Analytical Skills • Ability to analyze costs, margins, and market trends to drive profitable pricing strategies.
3. Communication & Negotiation • Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills to close deals.
4. Commercial Acumen • Strong understanding of GP optimization, volume targets, and business profitability.
5. Experience • 2-5 years in forwarding field.
