- Manage ocean freight operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Oversee team handling, training, and development to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, terminals, and other stakeholders to optimize costs and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in sea freight management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of CFS (Customs Freight Services), ISO standards, profitability management, customer relationship management.
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve business objectives.
