Key Responsibilities:
- Handle ocean export & Import pricing for FCL/LCL shipments
- Obtain and negotiate rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs & overseas agents
- Prepare competitive freight quotations for customers and sales teams
- Maintain and update freight rate sheets
- Calculate ocean freight, local charges & applicable surcharges
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Documentation teams
- Monitor market rates and maintain healthy profit margins
- Follow up on quotations and support business conversion
