OCM Consultant

Location: Hybrid – Mexicali, Mexico (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an OCM (Organizational Change Management) Consultant to support organizational change initiatives for a leading enterprise client in the manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate has experience in OCM and SAP or S/4HANA environments, understands manufacturing operations, and has strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This role will focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, roadshows, and translating change management materials from English to Spanish.

The position requires onsite collaboration in Mexicali, Mexico, particularly during key project milestones. While the role will involve a hybrid work arrangement, candidates must be able to work onsite as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onsite OCM activities, including stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations.
• Support stakeholder engagement and change management communication initiatives.
• Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, supervisors, and onsite teams to support change adoption.
• Assist with the execution of organizational change management activities in an SAP or S/4HANA environment.
• Support project milestones and participate in onsite activities as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ideally at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level.
• Hands-on experience with OCM initiatives in SAP or S/4HANA environments.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency (must-have), including reading, writing, speaking, and translating materials from English to Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Mexicali, Mexico, three days per week, with two days working remotely.
• Flexibility to travel to the client site during critical project milestones, when required.
