💼 Job Position: Customer Service Specialist (Cantonese Speaker)

Industry: Digital (Printer & Imaging Solutions)

Working Hours: (8AM - 7.30PM) Day Shifts Only (Rotational Shift)

Working Days:5 days per week (Permanent Off Day on Sunday and another 1 day)

Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby Ara Damansara LRT)

Salary: Monthly salary with minimum RM4000 above, plus KPI incentive up to RM200

Key Responsibilities:

Product Support: Assist customers with printer-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

Communication: Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer emails, calls, and chats for Hong Kong client market.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery.

🛠️ Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.

Communication: Excellent verbal (Cantonese & Mandarin Traditional) and written communication skills.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the digital industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed!
