OD & TA Manager

• Manage organization design and development — review and align the organizational structure with business strategy, develop business processes and RACI, and ensure job design consistency.
• Manage manpower planning — analyze workload and manpower ratios, build periodic headcount plans, and validate headcount needs with divisions.
• Lead talent acquisition strategy and process — design sourcing and recruitment strategy, oversee fulfillment against time and quality targets, and ensure objective selection.
• Manage the talent pool — identify talent pools and key positions and run talent-development/succession programs.
• Manage job evaluation and grading — conduct job evaluation, maintain the grading structure, and ensure internal equity through benchmarking.
• Manage employer branding and sourcing strategy — develop employer branding across channels, manage campus/vendor/platform partnerships, and build talent pipelines.

Qualifications:

Education

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1); Master's (S2) preferred, in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in Organization Development and/or Talent Acquisition, including a minimum of 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Technical / Functional Competencies

• Organization design, business process & RACI development.
• Job evaluation & grading methodology (e.g., point-factor / job-grading systems).
• Manpower planning and workload analysis.
• End-to-end recruitment, assessment tools, and ATS.
• Employer branding and sourcing-channel management.
