About the role

We are looking for an analytical and proactive Organization Development Officer (Reward Management) to strengthen organizational effectiveness, optimize workforce strategies, and support fair and competitive compensation practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support organization design, workforce planning, job architecture, and change management initiatives
• Conduct job evaluation, job grading, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis to support competitive and equitable reward practices
• Support performance reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives
• Analyze workforce and compensation data, develop reports, and provide actionable insights for management decisions
• Maintain organizational and reward frameworks in alignment with company policies and regulations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Organization Development, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, or HC Strategy
• Proven experience in organizational assessment, workforce planning, and change management
• Exposure to Compensation & Benefits, particularly job evaluation, grading, salary benchmarking, or reward analysis, is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in Energy, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Mining, or Management Consulting industries is an advantage
