OD Specialist

• Support the development and implementation of Organizational Development plans and initiatives based on business requirements.
• Coordinate the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and follow-up on appraisal completion.
• Prepare and update job descriptions, job specifications, and competency frameworks in coordination with relevant departments.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR and employee performance data to support organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate employee engagement surveys and follow up on agreed improvement actions.
• Maintain and update OD policies, procedures, forms, and related documentation.
• Support organizational structure reviews and manpower planning activities as required.
• Prepare regular reports on OD activities, performance management, training, and employee development.
• Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of OD activities according to approved plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of performance management and organizational development practices.
• Ability to prepare and maintain job descriptions, competency frameworks, and HR documentation.
• Good knowledge of HR data analysis and reporting.
