Your Mission

Transform prints into flawless parts by setting up and running grinding equipment, verifying every critical dimension, and finishing components to exacting standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Run and set up multiple grinders: surface, manual, CNC, ID, and OD/ID machines.
• Deburr parts to achieve smooth, spec-compliant finishes.
• Measure precisely and inspect thoroughly to meet quality criteria.
• Complete efficient machine setups for production runs.
• Decode blueprints and technical drawings to hit dimensional targets.
• Use shop math for precise calculations of dimensions and tolerances.
• Communicate proactively with your team to keep work moving.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.

What You’re Great At

• Grinding and deburring experience (a plus).
• Precision measurement and inspection techniques.
• Clear communication—written and verbal.
• Shop math competence for accurate, on-the-fly calculations.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Detail focus and a quality-first mindset.
• CNC grinder setup and changeover.
• Working with flat table/secondary operations when needed.
