Job Summary

ADA Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Odia-speaking candidates for the TC Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Odia and Hindi, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls as per the TC process requirements.
• Communicate with customers in Odia and Hindi.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Explain relevant services, processes, and requirements to customers.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up with customers whenever required.
• Achieve daily calling, productivity, and quality targets.
• Maintain professional call etiquette and customer confidentiality.
• Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Fluency in speaking Odia is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven voice process.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Pune office.
