ODM Assistant (Talent Acquisition)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment functions from arranging interview, confirming offer to onboarding arrangement
• Data maintenance in HRIS and preparation of contract, reference check, completion of probation and exit interview
• Handle recruitment activities like internship, job fair and recruitment days
• Support CSR projects and staff engagement activities
• Assist in ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Relevant experience gained in sizable organizations is highly preferred
• Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
• Independent, self-motivated, with positive attitude and good communication skills
• Proficiency of MS applications (Word and Excel) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediate available is an advantage
