Quickly analyse and resolve quality issues of ODM products.

工作任务 Tasks: 1. 主导ODM产品过程质量异常的处理，推动ODM产线制程质量问题分析与有效解决； Lead the resolution of in-process quality non-conformities for ODM products, and drive the analysis and effective settlement of process quality issues on ODM production lines. 2. 定期统计和监控ODM产品的质量指标，基于质量指标数据（如客户端ppm，过程不良率等），通过开展问题解决、质量改善活动等，推动与跟进供应商质量目标的达成，持续提升供应商质量水平； Regularly collect and monitor quality indicators of ODM products. Based on relevant data such as customer-end PPM and in-process defect rate, organize problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives to drive and follow up on suppliers' quality targets, so as to continuously elevate their overall quality performance. 3. 配合CQE处理ODM产品在客户端投诉的解决与分析；推动供应商完成客户端退返不良件的统计、拆解分析与改善； Cooperate with CQE to handle and analyze customer complaints about ODM products; drive suppliers to conduct statistics, disassembly analysis and improvement on defective goods returned from customers. 4. 开展供应商定期的审核（体系/过程/产品）活动，推动审核问题有效关闭； Conduct regular audits (system, process and product) for ODM suppliers, and drive the effective closure of non-conformities identified during audits. 5. 参与产品相关的工程变更管理，推动相关方有效审核变更的潜在影响，控制变更风险。 Participate in the engineering change management of ODM products, drive relevant parties to effectively review potential impacts of changes and control associated risks. 6. 做为SQE团队和供应商之间的核心质量问题对接窗口，能清晰传递公司质量需求、协调资源、解决分歧。 Act as the key liaison for quality issues between the SQE team and ODM suppliers. Clearly communicate the company's quality requirements, coordinate resources and resolve discrepancies during mass production.

岗位要求 Requirements： 1. 机械、电子或相关专业本科及以上学历，三年以上相关工作经历；熟悉电机 / 风机工艺制程、有ODM 质量管理经验优先。 At least 3-year work-experience in supplier quality management and process technologies (PCB production, injection mouldings, die-casting, stamping, turning). Familiar with motor and fan manufacturing processes、prior experience in quality management for ODM are preferred. 2. 需ISO9000/TS16949 或VDA6.3 审核员资质

Internal/External auditor for TS16949 or VDA6.3 3. 熟悉质量工具的应用例如5Why,8D,SPC等； Proficient in quality tools such as 5Why,8D,SPC; 4. 良好的内外部沟通能力，逻辑清晰、强问题解决能力与推动能力； Possess excellent internal and external communication skills, clear logical thinking, strong problem-solving and execution capabilities. 5. 能接受长期出差或驻厂；

Be willing to take long-term business trips or work on-site at suppliers' facilities.
